What counts as a “person”?
Anyone you bring into the event — guests and plus-ones, but also vendors, volunteers, speakers and crew. They all get the native app, the live schedule, channels and travel, so they all count as a person — and the first 10 on every event are free. Your own team running the event from the console are staff seats, not billable people.
Is the free tier really free?
Yes. Your first 10 people are free on every event, so anything up to 10 people costs nothing — the full app, schedule, messaging and travel, no card required. It’s the perfect way to run a board offsite or a small dinner and see Attend on a real event. Past 10 people it’s $249 plus $5 a head after those first 10 — 30 people is $349, and nobody gets billed retroactively.
How do ticket sales & registration work?
Messaging & Management covers inviting a guest list you already have and running the event. When you want to sell tickets or open public sign-ups, add the Ticket Sales & Registration package: +$249 per event, plus $5 per ticket and Stripe’s processing fees. Ticket revenue lands in your own Stripe account and you keep it — the $5 is our fee for the checkout, inventory and payouts. If you’re only managing a known guest list, you never need it.
Is there a subscription or setup fee?
No. No annual license, no implementation fee, no minimums. You pay per event. Run one a year or one a week — the price is the same each time, and it’s the price on this page.
What about staff logins?
Your team runs the event from the organizer console and app. Every event includes 2 staff seats; additional seats are $99 each. Need a lot of seats, SSO, or agency client portals? That’s our Enterprise tier — just talk to sales.
Do you offer volume or agency pricing?
Yes. If you run a lot of events or manage events on behalf of clients, talk to sales and we’ll put together a multi-event plan with client portals that fits.
